Decisions decisions

I quit my last job more than four years ago and haven't been working ever since then. Recently I decided that I wanted to start working again and I sent out my resume to a consultant I knew years ago. The next day he called and offered a position in his company. Wow! I did not expect such a prompt response in this slow market. Now, I am in a quandary coz Chrys is also looking out and if he finds a job in a different city I will have to quit here. Not fair on the company, right? I don't think I may be as lucky the next time. What to do?
